I found the company website by running a search and because their "contact us" function doesn't work I found them on Facebook. They claimed they did "STAT prescription deliveries 24/7" and all I needed was one prescription delivered so I messaged them. I told them it was just the one prescription, he quoted me a price and I agreed. I asked if they could deliver it the following morning because I needed to call the pharmacy beforehand but this guy ghosted me instead of getting back to me. I saved the screenshots of our conversation including timestamps. I waited 2 days for a response but it's been 5 now and I finally found someone responsible enough to deliver it yesterday. It's hard enough needing help but being ghosted and leaving me without my medication during a pandemic where underlying medical conditions can literally be the death of me is extremely unprofessional and highly irresponsible.

I lost my wallet on a Sunday (!) 3.5 hours away from the Bay Area. FedEx, DHL, UPS-- none of them could offer a same day delivery service for either Sunday or Monday. Jay at Quicksilver Courier Service was the only one who could do it. Highly recommend for 24/7 requests at a fair rate.
