Inn. Many new facilities have come and gone since then, but we have earned a solid reputation for being friendly, caring, available, secure, honest and affordable.

We needed a storage unit to house my son's belongings during Summer break. When we setup and paid for the storage unit, we were promised the ability to have a pro-rated amount back in the event that the last month was actually only a few days instead of the entire month. We emptied the unit early as expected and when inquired about how much would be pro-rated and refunded back we were told they don't do that by an owner. If a pro-rated amount is not allowed nor offered than it should not have been promised at the beginning. We would have chosen somewhere else had it not been for that verbal promise. Dishonesty is not a good business practice.

Rat infested. Rat crap and tears all over my irreplaceable photos and my $1000 couch. Brought these issues to the owners... they take 0 responsibility and raised the monthly rent.
