Greyhound Package Express

Anyone who uses Greyhound Package Express is not paying attention. My package was shipped out of Chico California,bound for Pennsylvania. It was never scanned into the Greyhound system, so there was no record of it going anywhere. Tracers and phone calls came up empty. Literally lost without a trace.

After I jumped through several hoops, completing forms, they eventually agreed to pay me ten cents on the dollar, for my loss. That process took months.

There's nobody ever working there. It says office hours. But who ever works there never shows up. Every single time is closed. I've been coming few times and of the few I've only seen it open. Once. So plan ahead and buy your ticket.
