3 separate kitchens under one roof (Chinese, Japanese and Sushi Bar). We deliver, cater and have banquet facilities for your special event. We provide 2 Japanese Tatami Room, each with different themes (Samurai and Geisha Room). Also serving cocktails along with sakes, wines and imported beers. Ask about our dessert list. History
Established in 1959, Howard Fong Sr. and his wife started the Rice Bowl as a Chinese Restaurant off old highway 99. Since then, the restaurant has prospered and expanded. The famous B Special meal has been a mainstay and still is one of Chico's favorite. Back when Chico was voted

This place is really good. I was hungry so my friend and I decided to try this spot out and it did not disappoint. They have massive portions for an amazing price. The inside is pretty and the servers were really nice. My favorite item that I ordered was their chow mein and honey walnut prawns. I will be back if I get the chance.

I always have an amazing experience here! It's big and has a lot of pretty decor :) will be returning and bringing friends! The Crab & Cream cheese wontons are my favorite and try the wor wontons soup and Howard's chow mein, so good.
