Rylan Gustafson DDS MS

I'd like to start out by saying I had a very bad experience with a root canal several years ago. As you might imagine, I was very apprehensive when I went to meet Dr. Rylan Gustafson. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. The office staff was very warm and friendly and put me at ease immediately. Then I met Molly, Dr. Rylan's assistant. She made me feel right at home, was friendly and had a great sense of humor. She was very efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Rylan came in, answered all my questions, didn't make me feel uncomfortable with my fear of needles and made me feel right at home. This was just a consultation visit, and I'm scheduled for the root canal in 3 weeks. I'll let you all know how that goes. But for now, I give Dr. Rylan Gustafson and his staff 5 stars.

Went to Dr Gustaafsons today and was met by the rudest front office receptionist I have ever met. I knew Jill from past visits and she was wonderful. Not sure who the new girl was but I will never set foot in that office again as long as she's around. Beware.
