Spa Broker

I was new to Chico when I walked into the door of the Spa Broker. It was a very enlightening experience. All my questions were answered with candor and honesty. There was no "car salesmanship" here. Dave was friendly and very informative. One aspect of the store is they specialize in one tub, the HotSpring which offers several lines and models to fit most budgets. The tub is made in California and it's a premium tub among spas or hot tubs. Dave expained how the tub's filtration worked which made total sense to me as a non-technical guy. I expalined what I wanted and he directed me to the best tub for my needs. There are several sanitation methods and he explained the differences and advantages of each system. Dave was very candid why he would or wouldn't recommend a specific system and I ended up with one that is perfect for my lifestyle. He gave me a reasonable price and tossed in several bonus items. That goes along way with me. The order and delivery were seamless and timely. The guys who installed the tub were pros and I was up and running in no time. Since my purchase I've been into the store with questions and purchased the necessary chemicals. I always get new tips on cleaning and sanitizing. Servicing their clients is an ongoing concern of theirs. If you're in the market to replace or install a new tub, take a look at this store. You may not need to look any further. That age old adage, you get what you pay for is definitely one of their values.

These guys are notch a above the rest and a lot of experience .they went out of there way for me because my hot tub pad wasn't ready for the hot tub.I have had many hot tubs the spa brokers are by far the best people to deal with
