I've had two sessions of sound meditation and both were wonderful. They guided me through each meditation and I felt completely comfortable with them. Each time I felt lighter and more at peace. Recently I have tried their pre-recorded sound meditation as well and although the experience isn't the same the effects and quality of the meditation are amazing. I highly recommend the services provided here, they are very knowledgable and take care in what issues you may have
