Jan 30, 2025I guess I'm on a deli sandwich quest. I tried Great Harvest Bread last week and was disappointed at the skimpy portion of meat and only sliced bread as an option. I picked up lunch from The Redwood Sandwich yesterday, and I'm happier with the bread situation... the ciabatta roll was incredible! They are very accommodating of customizations: ingredient swaps, toasted or grilled bread, etc. I ordered the California Club, and while it includes bacon and a thin layer of avocado, one slice of turkey felt a little insulting at $14.66. Overall, it was a delicious flavor combo but I'm still not sure I'd put this in my regular rotation based on what I value as an ideal deli sammy.

Literally the best sandwiches I've ever had lol, the only place in Chico I will get my sandwiches from!! The customer service is amazing as well!!
Favorite sandwich to order is the California Club with ham and Swiss cheese, butter toasted!!- helpfull 0
