Used to come here a decent amount with my girlfriend because we live close by.

The last visit, she ordered a veggie burger and let the waitress know that she does not eat meat. She was assured that the burger would be vegetarian.

The food came out and my girlfriend took a couple bites out of her burger. She stopped, and took the top bun off to see pieces of bacon on top of the patty.

A man who seemed like the manager or owner was walking by and we let him know what had happened. He apologized and took the plate, and said he would bring out the veggie burger. He said that there were multiple orders and it must have gotten delivered incorrectly.

The new burger was dropped off, and there was no more mention of the mistake that had transpired or any concern for my girlfriend.

We didn't expect a refund or anything, but at least we thought they would check in more to make sure my girlfriend was okay.

We did not make a scene or anything at the restaurant, but she had a stomach ache for the rest of the night because her stomach was not used to eating meat, and also the thought of eating it made her upset.

The restaurants customer service and attention to food allergies or dietary restrictions could be a lot better.

They have decent food but we felt uncared for and that they forced something upon us. I understand things can happen when you eat out. That is why we do not come here anymore.

It's a cool casual spot. Met with a friend, had a few drinks and appetizers, everything tasted great, and fun friendly staff. Check them out.
