Things Remembered

The only good thing about this place is their cigar case. It's a nice single cigar heavy duty case. I ordered one for my best man. I was initially told that they were not sure how big the writing could be or how it would look but they were going to "play" with it due to the curve of the case. Well I was initially hesitant but decided to go through with the process anyways without being given much info or visuals to go on. Horrible idea! When I get an item engraved I want it centered, not off centered. But the lady at the kiosk told me there is no way to get it centered due to their machine. If I had known the words would be off centered with the holder I would have never gone through with it everything else was just alright hence the 3 stars.

I have been to the Chico Things remembered a few times. The items I have gotten from there (Gorgeous snow globes, Wedding cake server set, a pocket knife, and a couple of other items are great quality, and were expertly engraved by a very professional, courteous, and well trained staff in a more than timely manner. I recommend them to any one I know looking for an engagement / wedding/ bridesmaid, or groomsmen gift(s). If you are going to have it done, have it done right.
