Tim Pignataro - State Farm Insurance Agent

The office staff, especially Vanessa, has been amicable but we feel like we are floundering and don't have any help. My wife was in an accident 3 weeks ago, and we've gotten little to no help from our local State Farm or the other party's insurance. We were under the impression that our local State Farm would take the initiative to contact the other party's insurance and get the ball rolling, point us in the right direction at least, but apparently because we only have liability we aren't worth helping. That's definitely how it feels. We've had to do all the leg work of this process ourselves and we feel like we've been paying our local State Farm for almost a decade and have absolutely nothing to show for it. Especially in these times, being without a car has decimated our financial livelihood and it's really hurtful that on top of all the daily stresses everyone is facing these days, our stress is compounded by the inactivity of our insurance provider. Looking forward to getting a more customer forward insurance provider once we've gotten through this mess. I guess if you are rich they are a great company but it doesn't seem like they have time for the common person. We have gotten some help from the national branch of the company, but the local office hasn't offered any help except to tell us to complain about the other insurance company on Twitter.

Best insurance agent! Tim is thorough, professional and informative. We got better coverage for a little bit less money than we had with Farmers Insurance. My husband & I are in good hands with Tim Pignataro handling all our insurance needs!
