Top Tier Auto Detailing

Top Tier is one of those small businesses that you feel good about doing business with. I've gone to Top Tier multiple times over the course of a few years and have received nothing less than absolute perfection. Attention to detail and due care is evidenced by their work. There was a small issue that happened with my car while they had it and Christian was very upfront about it, pointed it out, and offered multiple options to make it right. Honesty and accountability isn't common in today's world but Christian has it. Genuinely an upstanding guy. If you're shopping around and reading yelp to figure out who to go to, take it here.

Made a appointment with Christian to detail my car inside and out. I went with him because of all the good reviews and his price was reasonable. Made the appointment for November 2nd, on November 1st around 3pm he texted me to let me know he was sick and had to cancel our appointment. I texted back about 30 minutes later saying I understood that fully and thanked him for the heads up. He also mentioned in that text to let him know if I wanted to reschedule for a different day and I said YES let me know when he had open. After that point I never heard from him again. I've called, left voicemails and texted multiple times and haven't heard back. Thinking maybe he was still sick I checked the company Instagram to see if there was any update from them. They had posted updates on washing cars for the last week. Completely unprofessional to just ignore my calls and texts.
