Surf Thru Express Car Wash

I have to agree with everything that Kimberly L said.
I too am a member but after the past several washes I may end it. Today I went through twice. What a waste of my time. Windows were dirtier after the second washing as the rinse barely happened and the drying caused the dirty soapy to dry cloudy. When I was drying there was bluish grey water running down the side of my car. Just wanted to get that stuff off of my car. Came home and hosed it down to get whatever that was off the car. Not sure that I want to drive my car through this car wash again.
There's more but I've already wasted too time with this car wash issue

It doesn't matter how good your product is, if the people you have representing it are bad.

I pulled into the Chico store to notify them that i wanted to change vehicles. The young lady put a new bar code on my car and gave me a piece of paper with some numbers and told me to go on line, enter the numbers and then voila, i'd be updated removing the old car.

Went home after my errands, followed instructions and got a confirmation email. To be sure, i emailed them back and asked them to verify what car they replaced. "Miranda" emailed me back and said they replaced, "Car A". I emailed them back and said, "That's wrong, you were supposed to replace Car B". I said, "Well, i did what you guys told me to do. You replaced the wrong car". Miranda started arguing with me. I was like, "Ma'am, are you seriously arguing with me over this"? She was arguing with me then, about whether or not she was arguing with me.

As a reward for being a loyal customer, i got scolded by a teenager and then told I could take time out of my day to go back to Chico (its 50 miles away) to reestablish the account. On second hand, i'll let both cars cancel when the renewal billing starts and i'll go elsewhere. I don't need to have my car wash company treat me like i'm at the DMV.
