Paid for wash and told to follow a certain vehicle in line. Then 6 vehicles showed up in the member line that knocked me out of place. Seriously, they were surprised (and not very accommodating) when I requested a refund as I didn't have an hour to wait for a simple car wash. Great if you are a "member" but avoid if you are not.

SUV was done in 20 min, thought it was too good to be true. Looked at the inside of the car, so many parts still dirty. Asked the manager to have someone touch it up. Huge waste of time and money. Employees work ethic is subpar.
