If I could give zero stars I would. We had a very unpleasant encounter not with the company in general but with a particular employee. Amy has a habit of being unprofessional and her attitude has to be the worst I've ever seen.

A group of 30 of us were allowed to hear about Fair Trade, try some Latin Countries coffee and get a wealth of information. Amy and Elizabeth are the best! So kind, informative and passionate about coffee and Fair Trade. It was a great 2 hours. I really enjoyed it.
