I have so many good things to say about Valley Truck and Tractor in Chico! They are friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, and attentive! Recently we had to bring our tractor into the shop. From the moment we called Eli, he was incredibly helpful. He was quick to return our call and incredibly knowledgeable. He had the tractor hauled to the shop the day after we called! The gentleman who hauled our tractor (his name has escaped me, but he has been hauling for years) was professional, helpful and skilled. Once at the shop Eli was in communication with us the whole time with updates about the tractor. The shop had it running like it was new again. they have always done a great job! Haden returned the tractor to us within the time frame we were told. He too was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Every time we interact with the staff (wether about out tractor or mower) they are wonderful! We HIGHLY recommend Valley Truck and Tractor in Chico!!!!!
