Randy gave excellent service -- prompt , pleasant, excellent workmanship, cost effective. The gasket between the tank and the toilet started leaking again. He pointed out that the plumbers who came last time may have done good work, but that the design of the gasket was flawed and it would leak again and again. He talked me gently into what was necessary and why the cheaper toilet wasn't worth the small savings. As far as his charges go, if you do the math, he's not making all that much annually.

First visit was good, and the price was fair for draining our hot water heater and replacing the thermostat.
2nd visit he replaced a part in our toilet tank. He charged us $6 for the part and $110 for the visit and was here 10 minutes. We felt this was excessive.
