This company is a huge rip off and very unprofessional...mangrove Ave in chico ca...they charge you $200 processing fee...have you come back to sign in places they missed the 1st time...and they make you pick up THEIR bank issued check instead of having a government issued check mailed to you directly....They are totally BOGUS and a BIG waste of your time. Just terrible!

I have had a good experience with Liberty in Yuba City and Greenfield Mass. This Liberty on Mangrove in Chico was not. They gave me. 10am appointment and weren't ready for me as my appointment was to be with a trainee. The trainee I could tell was very uncomfortable as she hadn't had enough training. It took 2 hours and she had to keep asking for help from the other workers. This got even worse as other clients came in . Then they charged me an exorbitant amount. No senior discount or apology for my long tedious wait.
