Bill and his team were great to work with - always informative, kept us continually up-to-date on all aspects of our sale, and Bill's opinions on our home and the market were thoughtful and honest. Bill was on top of everything that needed to be done from the very beginning. From cleaning debris from the porch, to hiring plumbers and landscapers, and overseeing the inspections - all of which needed to be done in a shorter than normal time period - and we were able to close on time with no surprises. As out-of-town homeowners being able to depend on Bill to be eyes and ears was a blessing.
