CY Property Management

This place doesn't even deserve a one !! The communication and work ethic of this company is sad !! Even with video proof stamped and dated they are stating my rent is late !! This place is notorious for this !! I have to take videos every single month due to the poor management. Nothing has been fixed since we move in !! Floors are coming up, slider door was told by the pros they brought in it needed to be replaced. Nails all in my carpet area from poor instalation. All base bored are from like 70s coming apart. Toilets not properly installed. This place has so many flaws. The main one is they are always right and nobody else's is with proof in hand !! They look great from the inside but once you peal that layer it is stinky and rotten. The snarky girl Vanessa in the office is no help with anything. Just laughed and thought my proof of turning rent in on time was a joke. I asked to speak with manager and they send me back to the incompetent on-site manager. This company is a joke do not rent at foothill manor!!

I am impressed with the high standards, integrity, maintenance response time and communication this property management company maintains. I have seen the rest now I will only live in best! thank you to this hard working company, CY.
