Meriam Park Events

We have been going to the free music since the barn opened. The staff makes great strides at making sure its cool in the heat (with misters that can drench you. ) and propane heaters and plastic in the cooler temps. I love the pretzels and new pretzel bites that they have. The climate controlled bathrooms are wonderful. My issues are: The management doesn't aways reply to messages sent on their face book page, kids are allowed to run wild in the seating area and throw objects where the adults are sitting (not the nice grass area where items should be thrown). I witnessed two small kids go up to a strangers table and grab the beer and food. They put it back and the parents never payed attention. Also the barn says no smoking all around it, yet pot is allowed right in the sitting area.

The Barn at Meriam Park is the perfect place to gather with friends and family. Great live music, food and plenty of room for the kiddos to play in the grass or dance on the dance floor. We love this new addition to Chico and look forward to many more events at Meriam Park.
