DO NOT RENT FROM AVIS/BUDGET

UPDATE 6/28/2024 They have said they have re-embursed me 268.00.(for the tire I bought) and 93.00 for the days I didn't use( because the other tire was just as bad) to #AvisBudgetGroup #avisbudget this is sufficient compensation for their incompetence and putting a customers life in jeopardy.

Racist Indian man working the counter. Had another girl in tears because he was doing everything he possibly could to not rent to her. I am a Presidential member of Avis. My credit card has my name, as it appears on my license and my business name. Would not rent the car to me even though he can visibly see this. Says the system says no. Tried other cards, told me the system doesn't like them. Told him to use common sense, said he couldn't. Was taking pleasure in me being stranded. Racist. Do not rent from here.
