Budget Truck Rental

24 hours prior to picking up the 16 ft truck that I reserved, I called to find out that they had given my truck away. If I had not called to confirm I would have never found out. I took time off work and invite friends and family to move. Thank goodness UHaul came to my aid and supplied me with a last minute truck. I do not recommend this company to anyone that expects reliablity to be a key component to good business.

Budget Trucks are the worst not this location but all of their trucks!
rented a 26 foot truck to move to Florida the truck broke down about 300 miles out! they do not tow trucks any further than 200 miles out from location nearest Budget. I had to stay in a hotel 4 nights until I could threaten
to call 8 on your side. I had medical equipment and medication on board for a disabled fire fighter waiting for her supplies. They delayed me 4 days. I will never rent another truck from them again. it cost me extra for the 4 days in a hotel. i tried to get them to give some kind of a discount on the rental but they would not! I had to help them reload another truck also, they were no help at all. I also know others that have had trouble with their trucks of course budget was not helpful or them. the trucks are pieces of shit. I would rather rent from Penskie and pay more for no hassle
