The crew in Chico have always been great. Love Kayla, Katie, and Brisa.
But to be honest, the old location was awful and it did not support the good folks that worked there. But Enterprise corporate finally wised up and very recently moved them to a new location in Chico, CA.
It's huge, has car washes, parking, repair bays, etc. etc. Now the ENTERPRISE Facility is as good.. as its employees!- helpfull 0

Absolutely terrible- insurance set up rental - when we arrived Wait wait wait - terrible customer service. Enterprise is not what they use to be . Avoid
