Troy Wilkinson

When I first talk to Troy, I thought he knows how to handle foreclosure eviction but after I do my own research and talking to him few times. I was starting to question him, the answers he was giving me does not seem to be the best ways after knowing it from research, later I contacted an experienced eviction servicer company, they knew exactly what I was talking about and know the best way to take care of it and they can start the process right away. Thank goodness I called around and spend the times to do some research, it pay off and not waste time on bad advices that can delay my progres. I would not recommend Troy.

I had Troy Evict a dead beat tenant a few years back. I like that he was on time, got the job done and was clearly on my side. I have had attorneys try to argue about grey areas blah blah blah, I knew Troy was in my corner no question. I have also had attorneys not be on time, very frustrating for anyone, Troy was on time and professional. I would use him again.
