Was in a car accident a few months ago and went here to get my vehicle repaired. Great customer service and they were able to work with my insurance to get everything fixed. Highly recommend others to go here.

The absolute worst experience ever. Traumatized and insurance will remind me every month for years. I am walking in with an estimate of $2,100 and a week for repair, with a scratch and dent on the front side of my car. When the 1st call came a week later "the system was hacked they couldn't order the parts", but the car had to stay in the shop. The 2nd call "the parts got to them". The 3rd time I called them "the parts weren't there??? There was so much confusion". Next call "waiting for parts". So I went and asked "Can we get the parts? What parts?" They said not, "we are waiting for parts". Get Another call "waiting for parts we will take it to the dealer the same day you may pickup the car. We have to go out of the country and let them know. Get another call at the airport "they have to change the steering wheel column" 2 months later. We ended with a total of $11,000. I am aware that businesses have to make money, but this is just unbelievable and very unprofessional. It was just a scratch and dent. This was just unbearably terrible I can't understand the cost is unthinkable.
