Oct 11, 2019Purchased a scooter battery on Saturday and and filled it with the enclosed container. Once filled, there was no cel cap cover strip in the box. So I waited until today (Monday) and called to report the missing part. The young lady on the phone who told me she was the manager tried to tell me that it was impossible that the cover strip was missing rather than just telling me to come in for another battery.
I returned the battery to them and rather than just giving me a cover they wanted to give me a non-serviceable battery. Which would have been fine but it need to be charged and I would have to come back in 3-4 hours. I told her that she was inconveniencing me rather than the store.
t that she pulled a cover strip from another box and shoved it at me along with bag oh connector screws.
Needless to say I won't be back.- helpfull 0

These guys are great. I've been an Energy Masters customer for several years. Though ownership has changed, the excellent customer service remains. I had an issue with my cell phone battery; problem was my phone, not the battery. Nalani went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem; if it were the battery, she would have been able to fix the problem. Her customer service was supreme. She guided me to other options I could try. Just the fact that she took alot of time to help me, says alot about her work ethic. Five Star customer service for sure!!
