Customer service. Hire people whom know how to run a business. Purchased starter online, it was defective, second one defective, would not warranty 3rd. Said no warranty. $156 for li.ited lifetime warranty and would not warranty. Save yourself time and frustration, go anywhere else.

Friend came in with her 2 babies and employee Cherokee replaced her battery not even making sure the terminals were tight. She left and sure enough they vibrated lose. Came back a few hrs later and he was the rudest kid ever. Said he tighten them and was not his problem. I wish this auto part chains would give a shit about getting a family home safe. His manager was there and didn't lift a finger to get involved. Worst shop I have ever seen. joke
