Chico Bike & Board

Dude at the front was a moron - didnt know the difference between bicycle innertubes and couldnt help at all with customer service told me to find somewhere else to go.

Needed new tubes in an old cruiser and after looking all over downtown, this was the only place open on a Sunday afternoon. I dropped in with my bike, asked how long it would take and how much it would cost, I was told a couple days and $51. I wasn't in a hurry so the time frame wasn't a big deal and honestly, I was happy to find a shop open on Sunday so it was allllll good. I ended up picking out some new grips for the handlebars since the ones on the bike were pretty grody then left it there to be worked on.

It was approx 3 days later, they called, I picked up my bike and rode it home. That was the only time I actually rode it for the next 3 weeks. It sat in my laundry room after riding it home from the bike shop then, I was super excited to go for a ride and as soon as I got it outside I realized the front tire was almost flat. WHA??? How is that?? It was a big giant BUMMER man, that's for sure. I walked my bike a half a block home then decided to go back to the bike shop to see if they could figure out why it would be flat after just adding new tubes 3 weeks earlier. The guy at the front (I didn't get his name, super nice person though), agreed to take a look and ended up replacing the tube for free. I waited in the shop and looked around at all the cool bikes that I wished I could have (like the electric one priced at $5K, what a beauty!). Took about 20 minutes and presto, I was off on my newly inflated tires and headed out to enjoy the day. Definitely recommend this bike shop, nice guys, good service, AND open on Sunday!
