spoke with a bank service tech in the morning and had placed items to be picked up. When I sent someone to retrieve them, the person that they had dealt with had claimed that the order was never placed to begin with. I'm very disappointed in the way that the person treated my friend when confronted about the issue and also the lack of communication the bike service tech had with the other employees of the order. Typical fucking Chico bullshit. Two stars.

I brought my bike in to fix and received an estimate. They seemed friendly and I thought it was alright despite their obvious want to upsell. The next day I got a phone call that said my quick release axle was broken. I went down there and saw that it was snapped in half. There was no explanation who broke it and they just said it was broke. This would be an impossibility since the tire would fall off. Its a twelve dollar piece but I'm telling you, you need to be damned sure they like you or they will break your bike.
