My partner and I stopped by today to figure out why his computer had stopped connecting to any networks and he had some urgent work stuff to get finished. Tried all the usual trouble shooting and with no network we couldn't try any updates. My partner had been to this spot before and had good experiences, so he thought maybe someone could help. We went in and talked to the guy who was working and it turns out the immediate problem was simple and he fixed it on the spot - no waiting. My partner pulled out his wallet to pay but the guy told us that it was simple and not to worry about it. There were a couple of other longer term issues that couldn't be solved in the two hours before the shop closed for the weekend and we left on Monday (go figure), but if the timing had been better we would have absolutely left the computer there. Great service and really helpful!
