I needed a battery replacement for my IPhone ll and David was on spot and replaced it in less then 45 minutes for only $80! My new cell phone battery is charging appropriately and holding a charge as it should now. David was very informative, pleasant, easy to talk with and I felt, trustworthy. David and Ben's prices for parts and labor are very reasonable and their store (David and Ben are co-owners of iRepair) easily beat the local competition.

A friend of mine needs to replace her iPhone 14 Pro Max cracked screen and the quote I received from David was $180 which includes labor for an after market display screen that he said is slightly thicker then the original Apple iphone screen. David said it is very difficult to tell if there's a difference in color or resolution with the aftermarket screen.

For an Apple iphone OLED display screen he quoted $225 which includes labor. This quote is much cheaper than the other quotes she had received at several other Chico iphone repair shops. The only thing is the screen will have to be ordered as they do not have it in stock.

I checked out various local Chico Facebook groups and iRepair came up time and time again, recommended by customers having had various cell phone repairs completed.

I am seriously considering bringing in my Apple computer for repair. I don't trust anyone else in Chico. My wife has a Geek Squad Protection plan with Best Buy, but I'm just not comfortable with leaving my computer along with its valuable information with the Geek Squad.

A TOTAL SCAM! Don't take your phone here! They made my phone worse than it originally was, and refused to refund my money. They also said they would only fix the screen after they messed it up if I gave them MORE money.
They are fully aware that the phone screens they use malfunction the majority of the time. The owner even admitted that to me face-to-face, and still refused to correct the issue he created.
Ignore the fake positive reviews that they clearly made themselves, and carefully read ALL of the reviews. You will see that so many other people have been scammed by them too.
