No one should ever do business with this company. They are unethical in the way that they operate their business. I would say it's illegal! They overcharge and intentionally try to Bill for work they don't do. for instance, they charged my insurance company for removing carpet out of my bathroom when there was never carpet in there. They also charged for cleaning my bathtub, which there was no bathtub in there. The whole room had been gutted to the studs. I can't stress enough that they are unethical, they are ripping insurance companies off right and left. when the insurance companies get sick of it, they turn to the homeowner and threaten to put liens on Their property! One of their employees working in my house fell off a ladder and broke his arm when I offered to report it to the insurance company. They absolutely said no, which led me to believe that maybe this worker wasn't documented he didn't speak English, so it made it impossible for me to communicate with him, but I was very concerned. These people don't deserve the business of insurance companies because they're not above board and it makes it extremely difficult for the homeowner who is already dealing with their disaster, whether it be fire flood whatever they Bank on the fact that the homeowners just gonna let them run amuck when billing is concerned, especially if there's an insurance company involved.
Please beware of CRBR( clean right build right )especially the Chico office. You can't trust these people. i'm personally going to make it my mission to see to it that State Farm insurance company no longer does business with this company. They need to be exposed!

Never sign anything with this outfit. You will get screwed over. If you contest the charge for the work done, they put a lien on your house. I got charged $9000 for $3000 worth of work.
