Greyhound Bus Lines

This whole company is a joke I was taking a trip from LA to chico and we ended up stopping in Sacramento because our bus was cancelled. I called them 3 times and they said they couldn't do anything and that I would have to wait two days to get on the "next available bus" yet there was buses that stopped in chico that same day. I asked for a refund and they said I needed to "wait 24hrs for a resolution". I ended up taking a uber to chico at 5am because I was stranded at the station. WOULD NEVER TAKE GREYHOUND AGAIN! No one knows that they are doing when you need help and they WILL NOT solve your problem.

I have ridden the Greyhound from Chico to Sacramento twice in the last year. CURRENT experience: I went in to the office to change my ticket to the current date (I had a paper ticket this time) knowing it would be a $20 fee. I handed the clerk my debit card and was told her machine was down and I would need cash. I completed my transaction watching 2 young kids and a another woman behind the counter (daycare?). Several days later I looked at my receipt. It showed no fee. WHO'S POCKET DID THAT $20 CASH GO IN? Also, she stated the bus was on time. It was 35 minutes late! When I complained to Greyhound, all Mr. Rayand could repeat was that $20 was the correct fee to change a ticket but could not show me anywhere that my money was applied.

Please note: Amtrak buses scan electronic tickets but can only be ridden if you are connecting with a train in Sac. I was told Greyhound now accepts scanned tickets but I didn't see evidence of this.
