Sometimes a business goes above, and beyond what can reasonably be expected. It is so rare these days that I am nearly shocked when it occurs. Tanner of Ernie's towing was one such person I called Ernie's because I thought there was a problem with my car, Tanner came to collect the car, but also did a little sleuthing to run down the cause of my complaint. To make a long and embarrassing story shorter Tanner figured out I don't need towing and helped to identify the cause of my concern. he was gracious, polite, and understanding the whole time. Based on Tanner's approach, courtesy and his willingness to take the extra step, I have been telling everyone I know what good service I got. I am still a little shocked. Thank you Tanner. Thank you Ernie.
