UPS Chico puts all rural addresses on a RURAL DEFERRED schedule which means they will only deliver items on specific days of the week EVEN if the shipper had organized for the item to be delivered on a specific date. Amazon Pharmacy and Store deliveries that are slated for a Friday delivery are being delayed until the following Monday. This poses a health issue for cold pack prescriptions and other prescriptions in this current heat. Even though many people PAY UPS for the My Choice Premium options they are still deferred. Everyone needs to stand up and let them know that Rural money is just as good as City money and they should not discriminate based on location of their customers.

The UPs stores in Chico, Calif charge a fee to print out return slip for Amazon Prime packages $3.00 Plus taxes. This is a real rip off. Don't go there go to Kohls they do returns totally free as it should be.
