This place offers great service, friendly advice, and looks out for me as a customer. In the past I brought cars here to get smog. Always easy quick and helpful. This time I had my wife's car in for service which included an oil change. The service was no big deal and They really only charged me for the oil change. She gave me great advice, not only how to take care of the car but things to look out for in the future to keep maintenance costs low. They took the stress out of car repair and helped me feel much better about the money I did spend.

I took my car in to have the brake pads replaced. Instead, I was charged $350 for a full brake inspection and I was not permitted to drive my car off the lot without an oil change, when I had already made it clear that I had the oil at home and would have preferred to do it myself. The entire encounter, which I could have gotten done at home for $150, ended up costing me $400. Then, when I picked up my car, the check engine light was on (it had not been on before I dropped it off). I was told to take it to the transmission place across the street. Thankfully, I took my car home to my regular shop, and they told me that I was fine to drive it and that the light was nothing to worry about. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I feel that I was taken advantage of and exploited.
