I used them along time ago just re posting my review since I re downloaded. I have a Malibu.2012. These guys ran me for upward of $2,000 in repairs only to take to another shop and have the problem fixed in one visit. I had many diags and at one point they just had me pulling fuses because they could not figure my problem out and sent me on my way. If you have children I would not recommend here they will run them for their money. Jeff one time responded to my post on here that I could come down and he could refund me 400$. After taking $2,000+ from me that was laughable.

For just over SEVEN weeks, I have been trying to get a smog certificate for my car. My car passed the smog inspection but the mechanic spotted a repair that had to be completed before they could issue the certificate.

I have called them several times to find out when they can issue the certificate and they tell me they can't find the part they need. The only way I can get any information from them is to call or go in to the shop.

I have asked them for the part number and name but they don't call back with the information nor does the person I've talked to know the name of the part or its number.

I just don't know what to do at this point.
