Perfect gym for those who want to lift without the hassle. Usually you have the whole place to yourself. Has lots of free weights, rowers, and bikes. Great place to get a solid workout in and you can go at anytime. Bathroom is clean.

If you are looking for a private gym that is all she yourself this is the one. I was able to focus with only one other person around me and if you are into free weights this is for you there are no machines so you must be a real beast. I encourage people to try this gym and enjoy the privacy. I'm a Los Angeles personal trainer contact me if you need any work out conditioning or health advice. Again excellent gym I recommend it to anyone who does not like being around people waiting for your machine. Hey
