I've been training at Bruno's since 2018, and I've been consistently impressed with the welcoming environment and the quality of instruction. Bruno has created a space where people of all ages and skill levels can feel comfortable and supported.

The kids classes are run very smoothly by competent coaches who keep the kids engaged and learning. The adults classes are also incredibly welcoming to new members, and the instructors do a great job of breaking down complex techniques in a way that is easy to understand.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, Bruno's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a great place to train. The instructors are knowledgeable and passionate, and the community is supportive and welcoming. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Bruno is the man! Do not let his size fool you. I was in town for a work trip and decided to join a friend for the first time. Yes. First time doing any sort of Jiu Jitsu. I sat through the youth session and joined the adult session. Bruno took the time to share some warm ups and allowed me to join in with his team. One of his students, (Josh) was extremely helpful with working with this noob. Throughout the whole training session, Bruno keeps it straightforward no sugar coating. If he sees you're slacking off, he will call you out on it. If he can add value to your technique, he will add his input! At the end of the session, he was giving a motivational speech that felt personal for me. Accountability. Simple as that. You cannot get past beginner stage if you're not willing to sacrifice unhealthy food, alcohol and bad habits.
