Perfect combo of strength and metabolic workout! Trainers are very knowledgeable and demo each movement. They make sure your body is moving correctly and will modify as need be. I love my 6AM workout crew! We laugh, joke, encourage each other and get super sweaty! Many different levels of skill.No intimidation here...come in...do what you can do...and feel encouraged and accomplished.

Great place for working out. I have been lifting since high school and the team at JS are great at checking, correcting and demonstrating the right form.
