Alpha Strong Gym

The music was ridiculously loud. It was shaking the walls and giving me a headache. I asked twice if they could turn it down because I could not hear the trainers instructions over the music, but instead she gave me attitude and actually turned it up. What the heck? She is literally damaging her clients hearing. If they care so little about people's hearing how could they possibly care about the fitness. I walked away and I will not be back.

Alpha strong is all it's name implies. However, this gym is a place where all levels can become Alpha minded and develop the skills to get stronger in a safe manner. When you walk into a class- you don't need to feel competition with anyone but yourself and the coaches here will not only push you but support and guide you as well. There is no other gym in Chico that can compare to the positive and motivating atmosphere provided at Alpha Strong. If you are tired of always starting a fitness routine out of guilt and shame- only to fail again- then Alpha Strong is the place for you. Strength and confidence is what's bred here and there is plenty of it to go around for anyone who walks through those doors. Love this place!
