Elevate: Strength, Endurance and Flexibility

Elevate has been the only gym I've been to where I've actually seen results. Robert is very knowledgeable and provides dietary coaching alongside of the workouts. It hasn't taken long for me to lose weight, feel more energy, and see muscle definition. Great facility as well. The boot camp training is intense and challenging but without any injury. I started going here after I was in a major car accident. I was afraid with the pain from the car accident that I would never be able to weight train again, but Robert has worked with me to understand my accident injury and get me to the point where I'm able to weight train again without fear of back pain. I highly recommend this place for an exceptional boot camp training gym!

I've been working out for over a year at Elevate, but I really upped my game when Robert took over the gym. I've become stronger with his varied routines and also improved my balance. This is a smaller studio with personal attention to form and safety. Roberts freely shares his knowledge of exercise and nutrition so everyone benefits. My time slot is filled with likeminded people so workouts are fun and interesting. Also Robert teaches spinning twice a week, which is my personal favorite.
