Ordered a beige couch... The store called within days to say it would be delivered Friday then called Thursday saying delivery was delayed. Then delivered a Platinum couch!!! Looks almost like beige, but no! Platinum is not beige! Called the store the man tried to tell me "oh did you look at the computer screen, did it say beige or Platinum, beige is called Platinum sometimes?" Me "what!" "No I ordered a beige couch, no one said anything about Platinum!" They are completely different colors!!! Spoke to the manager who said this would be fixed Monday today giving the okey doke saying he's waiting for an answer from Ashley furniture. Should have looked at this business having only 2 stars before shopping there.

This place is now my go to. I've been shopping around for some new furniture for the mother in law and Holbrooks had what I needed. The customer service really is what made them stand out. Shoutout to Austin who really worked with me to get this task done. Will be back.
