Finds Design & Décor was opened in 2007 by Brian Austin. While growing up, Brian had the opportunity to work alongside his father and grandfather at Austin's Home Furnishings. For over 40 years Austin's proudly served the North State and was passed from generation to generation, landing under the supervision

Brian and Tia made e every thing so easy for us! When the delivery guys ran into an issue they sent two others to help . A box store would have never done this.

Here's a story of being "Wowed!" by a business.... We had purchased an item of furniture over a decade ago from Finds and it needed some minor repair. The item was discontinued and far beyond warranty. Over the phone, the team was incredibly responsive and helpful to suggest solutions. (No up-selling, but collaborative problem-solving.) In the store, when purchasing a small item for the repair, the staff was incredibly friendly and generous to help. Though making a $10 purchase, we were treated as if we were making a $10,000 purchase. That's a fantastic experience that makes for return customers!
