Bought a brand new home from them 2 years ago and have had nothing but problems since I purchased it. Some of the things were addressed and "repaired" by them as required, only to break again. They do not respond when you try to contact them and send out people to "fix" things who don't know what they are doing and do poor work (leaving huge filthy handprints everywhere). Hopefully their negligence is returned to them tenfold in life, as they deserve. They turned the excitement of finally purchasing my first home into a total nightmare.
