This is the worst company, realty aside. I have never been treated so rudely, so condescending, so unprofessional. We found a rental that we liked very much. We were even willing to offer 200 dollars above asking price, due to the lack of housing in our burned out community (Paradise, California). In fact, my fiance was actually a victim of the Paradise fire. Getting a home was paramount. So we made an offer above asking price and they did not even tell the homeowner at all. If I were renting a house through their agency, I would truly want to know that someone offered more money. Most anyone would naturally want to make more money. Well they said they would not tell the homeowner at all. This was their fiduciary responsibility to inform the homeowner of a better offer. Who would not want more income? We had cash, great credit, perfect rental history, homeowner history, etc. But aside feom all of that, they have the worst customer service EVER !!!! The receptionist and the landlord both are not in the right business. The worst people skills ever. Even upon dropping off my application, the receptionist was extremely rude. She had no idea who we were, yet treated us like dirt. I asked them to destroy my application even before anything was finalized, just because I knew I would never want to deal with such horrible landlords in the future. Run from this property management company as fast as you can. And if you are looking for a property management company, don't pick them because they won't even tell you about higher offers, etc.

we've lived in an apartment run by them for 3 years and it's been nothing but a nightmare!! do not rent from them they do not care about their tenant, they ignore maintenance requests and when they finally do send someone after six months they are very rude about it ! there is constantly something wrong whether it's something breaking or bugs or etc.
