This Exchange is far too 'Anti-Union' to be of any use. We belong to several other exchanges across the valley, and all of them are definitely dominated by merit-shop contractors. But the Valley Contractors Exchange is SO anti-union that they are not worth our business. They should thing long and hard about why so few shops choose VCE nowadays.
