I bought my first used vehicle in a decade from Ideal. I was a little anxious already since I've been used to the ease of brand new cars. I found a truck that I loved and I got a fair deal from Tyler so I left happy. The next morning I got in my shiny new truck to go visit my family and not only did the check engine light come on, but there was also a horrible squeaking sound coming from the engine that wasn't there when I test drove it. I felt defeated. I planned for the worst and figured this is what I get for buying used.

I planned and prepared to fix it myself, but a friend talked me into calling the dealership. When I talked to Tyler there was no question. They were going to fix my truck and make it right. He stuck to his word and my truck now runs like a dream, it's sporting my flamingo decal, and I'm happy as can be!
