Subaru of Chico

I always come to this Subaru dealer since we purchased our crosstrek from Chico Subaru. I came in on Friday at 10am for a maintenance appointment that was pre scheduled for me on my last visit. This dealership is brand new and clean and modern looking. The service technician came out to the car when I pulled up. Upon checking me in the technician notified me that my car needed the 30000 mile service - which I did. I was informed that my car would be about two hourThere were several customers that were waiting for their cars while I was there. I took this waiting opportunity to talk to a recommended sales person (Melinda-she works internet sales so she is limited in some of the things she can do-which is soooo sad) anyway back to service. My car was ready and washed by the time promised. The service writer Cody alacon (?) was super attentive and let me know when my car was finished. And when it was complete he found me in the service waiting area and let me know...overall it was a good experience.

I spent 4-6 hours on the Subaru Chico lot . There was a person to show me the car, but no salesman . They offered $51,000 for the car that I wanted but was not on the lot. I had to agree to buy a car that was not on the lot. I got the car that I wanted through Carvana in 4 days for $10,000 less . Happy Happt Joy Joy
